TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Rates are quoted in South African Rand per ROOM, per night.
Full payment of the first night's accommodation is required before the online booking is confirmed and finalised.

CHECKOUT TIME: 11H00
PREPAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS:
Full prepayment is required 21 days prior to arrival by bank deposit. Authorisation may be given for the hotel to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards. Deposits / prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 7 days of arrival. Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departure are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room.
- All refunds are subject to R250-00 administration fee.
- The hotel issues confirmation of reservations on receipt of a deposit.
SETTLEMENT:
- All accounts are to be pre-paid in full, or settled in full on departure.
- Please forward Copy of Voucher.
- No Bill backs unless arrangements have been made.
